The prospective vendor should refer to the complete registration form and submit their comprehensive details and general in nature. Any contradiction observed between the Form / Checklists sections and the other sections of Registration form should be brought to the attention of HPCL before the submission of Form by routing the enquiry to appropriate Vendor Management officer as per list provided on the portal.
